Dynamic Racing Custom Grind Cams

The stock 3000GT cams were designed for low RPM torque, this comes with a BIG sacrifice in high RPM power. We have come up with two very nice cam grinds that keeps your low end torque, but drastically increase top end power! This is a very nice upgrade for turbo or non turbo DOHC cars!

DR Street grind cams helped power Matthew Monett's 93 Dodge Stealth to 8.81@166.7mph! Once again setting the world record for a Stealth/3000gt and that’s with the street grind! These cams have put out 955 hp to wheels

DR Street/strip grind cams helped power Matthew Monett's 93 Dodge Stealth make 1093hp to the wheels at 35psi of boost and ran 8.74@168.5mph in his first full pass on these cams despite letting off 2 times because of massive tire spin.

Three grinds are available.

The street grind cam is a mild grind with good idle characteristics, this is the cam we recommend for street cars.

The street/strip grind cam is more aggressive grind but still has good idle characteristics, this is the cam we recommend for street/strip cars with DR-1000-up turbos.

The stage 3 race grind cams have a lumpier idle but big top end power. We recommend an increased rev limiter to take advantage of the more aggressive cam profile of these bad boys!
