Dynamic Racing does not manufacture any parts and is not liable for damage, harm or death caused by use, installation or misuse of any items sold by us, consequential or inconsequential. Parts sold by Dynamic Racing are deemed as high performance and no warranty by Dynamic Racing is expressed or implied. Some parts are not suitable for street use, check your local laws. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL returned merchandise. Shipping will not be refunded on any items. ALL special order parts are not returnable. All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, or they will not be honored. Parts installed or used in any way are NOT returnable.
